We're a small Berlin studio. We collect the minimum amount of personal data needed to talk to you, build what you hired us to build, and keep this website running safely. This page explains exactly what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

2. What data we collect
a) When you contact us
If you email us, book a call, or submit a form, we receive your name, email address, the message you wrote, and (for calls) the time you booked. We use this only to reply to you and to scope a possible engagement.
b) When you visit this site
Our hosting provider records standard server logs (your IP address, the page you requested, the time of the request, and your browser's user-agent string). These logs are kept for up to 30 days to protect the site from abuse and then deleted.
c) Cookies and local storage
We use one essential preference (your light/dark theme and language choice), stored in your browser's localStorage. We do not load any analytics, marketing, or third-party tracking cookies until you explicitly accept them in the cookie banner.
3. Why we process data (legal basis)
- To answer your inquiry and prepare an offer — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).
- To deliver a project you hired us for — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance).
- To keep this site secure and operational — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
- To load optional analytics, only after you consent — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
4. Who else sees your data (processors)
We keep our stack small and EU-friendly. The current processors that may touch personal data are:
- Hosting and CDN (EU region)
- Email delivery for replies and transactional mail
- Cal.com for call scheduling

5. How long we keep your data
Inquiry emails are kept as long as the conversation is active and for up to 12 months afterwards in case you come back. Project records are kept for the legally required period (typically 10 years for tax-relevant documents under §147 AO). You can ask us to delete anything that isn't subject to those statutory retention rules at any time.
